"GemCare is a fantastic company, I enjoy having the freedom of visiting the office when I like and having a chat with the services manager. I feel very supported when I raise any issues. I enjoy the staff coming up with ideas to engage me with the community such as visiting fire trucks, going to the beach, enjoying a counter meal at the pub of my choice. Donna, my key support worker makes me feel good about myself and a feeling that I belong".

" As GemCare was convenient to our location (Modbury) we stopped in to seek assistance how to apply for the NDIS for our daughter. The Services Manager sat down with us and went through what is required and how to apply. Later, after receiving our plan and having a meeting with the local area coordinator we returned to GemCare with more questions than answers as we did not understand what to do next. The services manager went through every detail, steps to take and provided us with information for us to move forward. This was at no cost, and he put time aside to assist us. We are so ever grateful for the Services Manager of GemCare, thank you".

" For over 4 years now I have experessed my goals of returning to country to many providers. Since the new gemcare services manager had commenced, this was brought to his attention. As I didn't have SC he promptly investigated all logistics for the trip and we went through it in with clear details including how it will be funded, supports that will be required and what we can charged through the NDIS plan. He was clear, precise, even liaising with state and territory ministers. He organised everything from transport, accommodation, food, etc. Since returning without the service manager this goal would never have been achieved. I would like to thank the service manager for the professionalism, and the prompt response for achieving my NDIS goal ".
